Whereas the FREE session is a group session, where we talk about business in general, this is a one-to-one session with me, for 30 mins, again via Zoom, where you get to pitch me your business idea, explain your business to me, and I address your specific issues.

Every couple of months, we do a Deep Dive session for a half-day, where we go in to each of the key fundamentals of a business: Brand, Communication, Positioning, Business Model, Staffing, Operations, Pricing, Lead Generation, Partnerships etc.

Whereas the other levels are one-off services, this is an ongoing commitment from me, where I act as your Board Member, meeting with you monthly for a year (renewable) to discuss your progress so far to your aims, and to focus you on actions to drive success
